What is the AHEAD Foundation Training?

The AHEAD Foundation Training is an advanced NLP practitioner certification: an 8 day intensive training course gaining multi-certification qualifications as a Practitioner in NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnotherapy. This means that upon successful completion of the course you will be certified as a Practitioner of all 4 modalities, which are all internationally recognised by their major professional membership bodies.

The Training is very carefully designed and delivered to ensure you leave our Training Academy confident and fully prepared to use your new skills. There will be live demonstrations of the techniques you have learnt about in the pre-study and you will have the opportunity to practice those techniques and ask as many questions as necessary with support and guidance throughout the entire process.

I have the honour of being trained by the top experts of the world, Tad James the founder of Timeline Therapy®, with the wonderful techniques of clearing negative emotion. Adriana James for the excellence of quantum linguistics and the power of NLP and modelling excellence along with hours of coaching and development to support the likes of Tony Robbins, Quest for Success and now to continue my professional development into the field of mastery.

And while that all sounds magical (which it is!), developing yourself to this level was no walk in the park.

In fact, when I first started personal and professional development in 2003 I was totally hooked, I had feelings and energy that I've never experienced before. Being able to remove a negative emotion that doesn't serve you is profound. Which is why its my ultimate goal to teach it all to you.

What will we cover on The AHEAD™ Foundation level program?

It is well-known through evidence-based neuroscience that the unconscious mind processes a ½ second before conscious awareness. This means that most coaching issues such anxiety, overwhelm, motivation and procrastination are automatic (unconscious) behaviours and patterns which occur well before we are consciously aware. It’s a bit like trying to catch a bus when its already passed the stop. By then it’s way too late!

Most coaching programs and trainings available rely heavily on conscious processing. By this time you’ve missed the bus! It simply is not effective. This training will teach you how to work more with unconscious processes, which means you are more effective and get to the root of most issues in a natural conversational way.

Traditional NLP

As you would expect, this training wouldn’t be beyond NLP if we didn’t include NLP!

Of course, the more traditional NLP concepts and patterns are included in the AHEAD™ program, these include but are not limited to:

Rapport – how to create instant liking and agreement
Representational Systems – how we use our five senses to represent information from the world internally
Submodalities – the secret programing software of your mind

Dynamic Dopamine

Dopamine is the “feel good” neurotransmitter and is strongly associated with pleasure and reward. Yet there is a lot more to this complex chemical. Imagine creating an abundant life full of dopamine whist being in the present. Presence is the essence of charisma; when people are there, we notice. When you live in ‘now’ and don’t take the world as given, but as full of possibilities, it then becomes endlessly exciting!

The NLP Fibonacci Formula

Like the Fibonacci sequence is to maths, there is a formula that every other NLP pattern follows, and even coaching models and sales processes too. Once you understand this overall pattern, you will know exactly where you are within any NLP process at any time. This means you’ll be able to improvise and even create your own new patterns making you an unstoppable force in the coaching field.

Sensory Acuity and Linguistic Skills

These are the main skills you need to have to get the patterns to fit to the client instead of making the client fit to the patterns. So you are not trying to jam clients into set templates and scripts. Language gives you the ability to navigate and improvise, whereas great sensory acuity gives you the flexibility to change your approach on the fly to fit the clients model of the world.
